Narra: A tree native to southeastern Asia, Philippines, western Pacific Ocean islands, etc. is known for it's medicinal leaves. Narra leaves provide health benefits to humans, such as anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic benefits. Narra leaves may also be capable of preventing damage to your kidneys.

My story: I have suffered from Ulcerative colitis, chronic idiopathic hives and angeodema for quite a few years now and because of these chronic autoimmune diseases, dealing with them every day, I have developed anxiety disorder, high blood pressure, panic attacks, etc.

I came up with the name by putting mine and my families first initials together (Nora, Amanda, Ryan, Ryder), randomly added another "a" on the end because I liked the sound and then googled it to find it's a plant that helps, specifically, 2 of the health issues I struggle to fight daily and another health issue I hope to avoid from high blood pressure.

The last letter "a" stands for Amen.

I will continue to be a UC and auto immune disease warrior and continue to share so the world can learn about this disease.
